1.1 This Agreement was made and entered into by and between IKEA Distribution Services, Inc., at its Perryville Distribution Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Company”) and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, District Lodge 4, Local Lodge 1-460 affiliated with the ACL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”) on behalf of itself and the bargaining unit employees identified in the Recognition Article employed by the Company at its Perryville, Maryland Distribution Center. Together, the Company and the Union may be referred to herein as the “Parties."
